Job Description

To ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.


  • Work  with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of overnight menus.
  • Responsible for setting up breakfast buffet for Cast Iron restaurant.
  • Must know how to bake pastries for breakfast buffet, a la carte, and room service.
  • Must follow overnight prep list.
  • Must follow all cooking procedure and recipe standards.
  • Must have good people skills and good personality to interact with Omni Associates all the time.
  • Maintain sanitary work station.
  • This is an overnight position but need to be flexible on scheduling.
  • Must be able to work under moderate pressure at times.
  • Must be familiar with sanitation skills and standards.


  • Meet quality standards.
  • Control quality and consistency of all food served.
  • Work overnight with minimum or any supervision.
  • Insure that overnight menu is consistent and high quality.
  • Insure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
  • Assist in controlling food cost.
  • Be able to lift 5lbs or more
  • Required to learn all menu items for overnight menu and produced by assigned station.
  • Must keep work area clean and organized at all times.
