    Job Description

    Our beautiful four diamond oceanfront resort requires an experienced, professional Concierge to provide assistance and services for guests in order to ensure pleasurable accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the local area, experiences, restaurants, and travel options. We’re looking for a Concierge who understands the value of guest service and can provide upscale resort-level service to all our guests.


    • To arrange bookings, reconfirmation of airline tickets etc.
    • Be fully acquainted with the different points of interest, the local area, and experiences 
    • Assist in arranging for restaurant reservations, taxis, and limousines as required by our guests
    • Booking tee times and booking local excursions for guests of all ages
    • Handling of special requests i.e. flowers, telegrams, telexes, rental cars, forwarding luggage, private planes, etc.
    • Arranging interpreters, public stenographers, and sightseeing tours advising of quality shopping areas
    • Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, special deliveries, etc. to guest rooms
    • Ensure that the public areas (lobby) are maintained, clean and replenished by partnering with Housekeeping and Room Service
    • Passing out champagne in the lobby on heavy arrival days
    • Assisting guests and restocking of the logo shop
    • Accept other special duties as required by management
    • Interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied
    • Maintain 4-Star/4-Diamond standards of guest service
    • Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome to the hotel
    • To proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests


    • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone
    • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
    • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
    • Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
    • Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Previous guest relations training is preferred
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
