    Job Description


    The Club Lounge Concierge provides memorable customer service to our guests, including VIP guests to ensure they enjoy their stay. This associate answers any questions pertaining to our hotel or local attractions. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining the lounge with breakfast, evening buffets, and beverages. Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of kitchen, and lounge. Responsible for ordering kitchen supplies, food and beverage.




    • Ensure the Lounge is kept immaculate at all times, reporting any deficiencies to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure work is done.
    • Set tables according to service standards.
    • Set up all buffet items in according to service standards.
    • Prepare food items (cut fruit, cut drink garnishments).
    • Set up, monitor, maintain and breakdown breakfast/afternoon tea/cocktail hour food and beverages in accordance with department standards.
    • Open and serve wine/champagne bottles, and other alcoholic beverages.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.
    • Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
    • Maintain updated resource materials on all vendors and information to accommodate guest requests
    • Coordinate with Concierge desk for any services requested by the guest.
    • Legibly document all pertinent information in GoConcierge. Report guest requests to Ideal Services.
    • Accept and record wake-up calls and inform Ideal Services
    • Promote Select Guest program enrollments and renewals.
    • Remain aware of all happenings in the hotel such as functions and special arrangements i.e. VIP attending a function.
    •       Other duties may be assigned.



    • TIPS Certification
    • California Food Handler's Certification
    • Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
