    Job Description

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Team as Marketing Manager based at the corporate office in Dallas, Texas.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as main point of contact for marketing for a select group of properties and internal clients
    • Provide strategic guidance and marketing expertise to assist assigned group to achieve goals
    • Manage all media, creative and digital requests from assigned group
    • Write creative briefs and manage project briefings
    • Work directly with agency or internal creative team to ensure all projects are delivered accurately and on time to the group
    • Communicate marketing initiatives and coordinate assistance with all other relevant departments, including PR, social, content, revenue, sales, etc.
    • Assist with developing content for collateral, social and email projects
    • Assist with property photo shoots and special events as needed
    • Maintain accuracy of content on omnihotels.com
    • Responsible for managing and refreshing Omni content on third party websites
    • Analyze sales data from third-party sites to identify trends and business opportunities

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Marketing or Related Field
    • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in marketing related role, preferably for a luxury brand
    • Ability to multi-task in demanding/fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines
    • Knowledge of advertising agency structure
    • Proven success of building strategic campaigns and solving business queries
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to proofread and knowledge of AP Style
    • Motivated self-starter with optimistic outlook
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
    • Knowledge of Basecamp a plus
    • Hospitality industry knowledge a strong plus
