    Job Description

    The Sous Chef position will be opening in June. The Sous Chef is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen and food production outlets.



    • Deliver consistent high quality product to patrons.
    • Directs proper sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
    • Ensures that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
    • Directs proper maintenance of all walk-in coolers (rotation of food products and cleanliness).
    • Monitors and has hands on control over daily food production.
    • Monitors safety of staff.
    • Other duties assigned by leadership.  



    Must have previous Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor experience in a high volume, upscale dining establishment. Must have strong line-cook and culinary leadership skills. Must have knowledge of meats and fish, including butchery, and sanitation and health code requirements. Must be a creative and takes the initiative. Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must have an open and flexible schedule.
