    Job Description

    The candidate will assist the Lobby Bar team in maintaining Lobby Bar cleanliness, setup, and stock. The candidate will ensure that the work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with running food from the kitchen to the Lobby Bar and ensuring that all dishes that leave the kitchen are up to standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Stock and maintain supplies in service stations
    • Set tables with clean linen, china, glassware and silverware
    • Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications.
    • Assist Servers during meal periods
    • Remove any extra settings
    • Pour Water
    • Interact with guests
    • Assist in bar setup and opening.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Assist in closing Bar.
    • Stocking the bar stations to par.
    • Assist the bartenders and cocktail servers with the service
    • Maintain clean glassware as needed
    • Maintain a par level of liquor bottles.
    • Help with the requisition
    • Become completely familiar with the liquors, and beers sold in the bar.
    • Greet all guest promptly and courteously.
    • Ability to focus attention on bartenders and servers needs, remaining calm and courteous.
    • Think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration, and make concise decisions.
    • Ability to perform the job function with minimal supervision.
    • Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Current Cobb County Alcohol Permit required.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Previous experience as a barback, preferred.
    • Previous experience as a food runner, preferred.
    • Must have ServSafe Food Handlers Permit.
