    Job Description

     To assist in the preparation of prep items for service.

    Responsibilities

    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    1. Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
    2. Insure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
    3. Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
    4. Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
    5. Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
    6. Production of orders.
    7. Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    • One year working in a kitchen, knowledge of machinery in kitchen, and knowledge of weights and measures.
    • Must be able to work all weekends and all holidays.
    • Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced resort.
