    Job Description

    Greets resort guests in accordance with the hotel’s safety and Five Star service standards. Assist arriving and departing guests with check-in or out, transportation, & resort and room information. Other duties may be assigned by management.

    Responsibilities

    1. Acknowledge every guest that approaches the hotel’s main entrances, using their name when appropriate. Assist guest at the plaza area with various requests, and provide directions to all areas of the resort.
    2. Open car doors and assist with luggage when necessary.
    3. Acts as liaison between the front desk reception and bell-desk introducing guests to dispatcher for bellman for assistance.
    4. Offer directions and other assistance as necessary to guests.
    5. Acts as liaison between concierge and belldesk.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required.
    • Previous customer service is required.
    • Previous upscale hotel experience required.
    • Must have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, plan, and be a team player.
    • Must be able to work all weekends and all holidays.
