    Job Description

    To ensure quality service to all guests. Make sure food quality and appearance are in accordance with set standards put forth for the management and culinary team and to get food out in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for bringing food to the guests in the bar, patio, and restaurant area.
    2. Responsible for ensuring the food gets to the guests in a timely manner set by the management and culinary team.
    3. Set up expo line - garnishes, condiments, serving utensils and ice prior to start of service. Keep items stocked throughout your shift.
    4. Responsible for “All hands out, all hands in” principle – acting as a busser at time ensuring the restaurantl areas are always kept need and clean.
    5. Break down and clean expo line at the end of the shift, including cleaning all work areas and materials used.
    6. Offer water or bread as needed. Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
    7. Clear each course after everyone at the table has finished eating, unless the guest asks you not to. Remove items from the table that the customer does not need.
    8. Assist the servers and culinary team in any way possible to assure quality service.
    9. Assist your teammates in any area needed

    Qualifications

    • San Diego County Food Handlers card and TIPS card will be required prior to the start of employment.

    • Previous front of the house experience is preferred.
    • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work all weekends and all holidays.
    • This position will start June 4 and end September 15.
