The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the golf shop.
This includes but is not limited to reserving tee times, player check in, tee sheet management, constant communication and coordination with golf service staff, merchandise sales and tending to the needs of all customers that enter the golf shop.
Applicants need to be very customer service oriented, outgoing and self motivated and able to handle and resolve negative situations.
Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in golf operations preferably in a high end resort or public setting and experience with electronic tee sheets and point of sale systems.
