Job Description

This position will be responsible for the supervision of all the dorm facilities at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. This person will oversee all the maintenance, cleaning, and general condition of all dorm rooms and space. This person will also direct and supervise dorm cleaners for the resort.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects the cleaning and servicing of all dorm rooms at the resort

 

  • Assigns special assignments and follows up on as directed by the Dorm Manager to the dorm cleaners.

 

  • Inputs any repairs or discrepancies of dorm rooms in Synergy

 

  • Ensures that all dorm cleaners have appropriate supplies and linens.

 

  • Assists in the cleaning of dorm rooms when necessary.

 

  • Assists in processing dorm room status reports.

 

  • Ensures that the dorm cleaners are completing their daily tasks as assigned.

 

  • Ensures that dorm closets are completely stocked and organized daily.

 

  • Displays a positive, upbeat and professional demeanor with all guests and associates
  • Completion of all assigned duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Assist. Exec Hskper.
  • Maintain property to Omni standards as outlined in Rooms Operation Manual
  • Responds quickly and urgently to all guest requests
  • Participates and embraces guest service skill requirements and the 6 pillars of Omni Culture: Power of One, Mirror Image, Trilogy, OST, OSC, Moments of Service

Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • 4 Star 4 Diamond resort experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 Ibs
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
