Job Description

The bus staff objective is to ensure the entire building is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and organization. The bus staff is also to be friendly and courteous to each of our guests and to ensure our guests need for nothing during their visit. You will also provide crucial assistance to the service staff in order to enhance our guest experiences. The bus staff will also facilitate the needs of the kitchen staff by helping whenever and wherever possible. Thus, the bus staff has a “utility” role in Bob’s Steak & Chop House.

Responsibilities

  • To comply with attendance and punctuality standards
  • To comply with uniform standards
  • To properly set up and clean the entire facility for service
  • To provide bread and butter service for each table
  • To provide water service for each table
  • To provide on-going, non-alcoholic beverage service at each table
  • To assist in pre-bussing tables
  • To clean and reset tables
  • To yield right-of-way to each guest
  • To comply with food handling standards
  • To clean and reset entire restaurant at closing time
  • To complete all other assigned duties throughout the shift
  • To check out with management before clocking out
