Job Description

To provide assistance to other associates and guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
  • Assist with guest luggages by transporting to guest rooms and transporting to guest meeting area and Omni meeting rooms.
  • Log properly all trips originating from the "Bell Stand."
  • Follow all Bell service procedures as specified.
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from other associates, supervisors, and managers using telephones or radios.
  • Schedule and dispatch associates, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to guest requests, specifications, or needs
  • Responsible for a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.
  • Communicate to guests all resort promotional programs from time-to-time
  • Perform other job related duties as requested by management to assist our guests.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in using computer, printer,  telephone, radios and other hotel systems
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Previous bellperson dispatcher experience preferred
  • Must be over 21 years old and over
