Job Description

The Rental Attendant is responsible to assist guests in obtaining rental equipment for the Mountain Lodge Operations and is expected to ensure proper fitting for skis, boots, snow boards and accessories.

Responsibilities

  • Know and share information about the resort and its activities.
  • Assist guests with all needs that may arise in relation to their use of rental equipment.
  • Maintain Omni standards for cleanliness and general appearance of the Ski Area.
  • Keep inventory of supplies.
  • Correctly fit guests with ski/snowboard equipment using height, weight, boot sole length ability.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rental equipment.
  • Have a general understanding of the Rossignol Experience Center Program.
  • Tune and maintain skis/snowboards to meet supervisor approval.
  • Pass Rossignol Certification Test.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Previous POS or Retail experience (preferred)
