Job Description

The Lift Ticket Sales Associate is responsible for selling, appropriately charging, and distributing all tickets and activity information to all guests of the Ski Mountain Lodge, and should be able to accurately share information about the hotel resort and its activities.


  • Assist guests with all needs that may arise in relation to their use of the ski area.
  • Maintain Omni standards for cleanliness and general appearance of the Ski Area.
  • Complete all points of sale with Guests and Members: Ski Lift Ticket Sales, Rental Equipment Sales, Tubing Ticket Sales, Season Pass Ticket Sales
  • Knowledge on daily Ski Operations Prices on lift tickets, rentals, tubing & lessons.
  • Booking procedure on ski/snowboard lessons & Tubing.
  • Perform all closing procedures at the end of each shift.


  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Previous POS or Retail experience (preferred)
