Job Description

Responsible for day to day Coffee Market operations and providing extraordinary customer service to guests, members and associates.


  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
  • Responsible for either the opening or closing of the outlet as assigned by the Retail Manager or Retail Supervisor. Ensure that outlets are open on time.
  • Produce quality beverages for customers such as lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso-based drinks, blended drinks and coffee.
  • Responsible for maintaining assigned bank each shift.
  • Alert Retail Manager or Retail supervisor of any inventory shortages or ordering needs.
  • Follow up on daily projects to ensure follow through.
  • Assist with physical inventory when needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work area.
  • Responsible for maintaining general knowledge of the Resort property, including locations of dining outlets, pools, knowing property’s daily activities for guests and their children, etc. in order to assist guests and members.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.


  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • General knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale systems is preferred.
  • Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers certification.
