Job Description

To ensure all paperwork, projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities.


  • Maintain property operations log, P.O. ledger, payroll, assist in maintaining inventories and ordering supplies.
  • Dispatch engineering staff as needed for work assignments in cooperation with other Engineering management staff.
  • Maintain Engineering records for events.
  • Maintain Engineer Repair & PM logs using Synergy computerized work order system.
  • Review daily BEO events to extract Engineer requests, notify Director and Assistant Director of unusual requests.
  • Report to work s scheduled while following the Time and Attendance Policy.
  • Duties may be adjusted by management when the need arises.
  • Fulfill general office duties: typing, filing, phone answering, etc.
  • Assume administrative duties in accordance with changing requirements.
  • Maintain Engineering staff payroll using Kronos, to assure accurate payroll with the assistance of Director and Assistant Director.


  • Must be able to lift weights up to 30 pounds.
  • Repeated bending and stooping required when filing.
