The candidate will ensure maximum guests, associates, and hotel safety and security at all times.
Candidate will respond immediately to those emergency incidents and security related requests.
Will also be responsible for reporting in writing on all activities during each shift with emergency notifications; including incident and accident reports.
The candidate will handle general repairs and maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces as needed as well as respond to guest calls for general maintenance duties.
At least one year of maintenance experience in a hotel or mechanical environment.
Must have a professional appearance, ability to multi task, and must be customer service oriented with strong computer and communication skills.
The candidate must have the ability to work flexible days to include weekends and holidays.
