A Banquet Advanced Cook / Cook 1 will demonstrate advanced culinary skills & techniques in all kitchen stations, with a focus of working primarily with the Banquet Chef and associated team: salads, desserts, broiler/grill, sauce/sauté, fryer, and vegetables, while working with little, or no, supervision. As a Cook 1, you are expected to assist and coach all Cook 2s and Cook 3s throughout your shift, supporting a positive learning environment.
