Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is known for its exemplary company culture, authenticity to the markets in which we operate, innovation and exceptional service.  We are now searching for Reservation Center Sales Associates to join our Reservation Center team!  The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, professional and genuine with a service driven attitude. Responsibilities

We have a new hire training class beginning on November 27, 2017! If you understand the heart of hospitality and posess a strong desire to excel in providing the very best customer service, we are looking for you to join our team!  Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

  • Receive incoming calls to assist guest needs with reservations including modifications and cancellations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when speaking with customers
  • Offer recommendations which will maximize revenue and guest stay satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work one weekend day
  • Requires the ability to muti-task while working in a high call-volume environmentAdvanced verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries or problems
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Intermediate experience working with basii Hotel’s reservation system
  • Must have a working PC with LCD monitor or laptop (minimum technical specifications apply)
  • Prior Call Center experience a plus
