Job Description

The Kids’ Club Supervisor is the supervisor of the Kids’ Club and related programming.
This individual is an enthusiastic and driven person who is devoted to the care of, implementation of, fun and safety of the child guest who is visiting Mount Washington Resort for the first time or the repeated time.  The Kids’ Club Supervisor responsibilities rely heavily on self motivation with minimal oversight.  The Kids’ Club Supervisor will work closely with the Social Events and Activities Coordinator with direct oversight by the Resort Activities Director


  • Provide encouragement, support, and a thriving environment for all Omni Mount Washington Resort employees.
  • Assist with specialty activities and events that are child related as requested by the Hospitality Events Coordinator.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied.
  • Follow-up with guests once hotel departments to see that problems are resolved.
  • Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome to the hotel.
  • To proactively work to seek out ways in which to improve the hotel experience for our guests.
  • Assist with specialty activities and events as requested by the Hospitality Events Coordinator.
  • Assists with maintaining files for events, activities, and programs.
  • Assists with generating Banquet Event Orders, Spec Sheets, Check Requests, and Special Lodging.
  • Requests and all other necessary paperwork for events, activities, and programs.
  • Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, which arise within the Department or as directed.



  • Long periods of walking or standing
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push or pull up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays
