The Kitchen Supervisor will effectively supervise the line, make sure food is presented neatly and on time. The candidate will maintain a high level of sanitation, safety and consistent food quality.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, have a minimum of 1-2 years prior culinary supervisory experience and be able to work all shifts with open availability to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time and must be able to work flexible days to include weekends and holidays.
