Job Description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible to provide a warm welcome to all guests entering the Hotel, ensuring a prompt and efficient check-in and check-out service. Front Desk Agents are expected to charge all guests appropriately, accommodate room-change requests expediently, answer all guest inquiries accurately, and provide the most positive experience possible.


  • Previous guest / customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to have a pleasant disposition over the phone
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to retain and effectively communicate new pieces of information
  • Previous hotel front desk experience (preferred)
