At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. As a Houseman, you play an essential support role within the Housekeeping team by maintaining public spaces, assisting room attendants, and ensuring supplies and linens are readily available to deliver the high standards of cleanliness and service our guests expect.

This position is ideal for a dependable, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced resort environment and takes pride in teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, corridors, service areas, and guest floors

• Deliver linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies to room attendants and storage areas as needed

• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general housekeeping support duties

• Respond promptly to guest and team member requests in a courteous and professional manner

• Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by leadership

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards to ensure a clean and secure environment

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift

• Strong reliability, teamwork, and time-management skills

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Commitment to providing genuine hospitality and excellent service
