Omni Service Center Enterprise Fellowship 

Corporate Internship | 12-Week Immersive Experience 

Program Overview 

The Omni Service Center Enterprise Fellowship is a selective 12-week corporate internship designed to develop future business leaders through direct exposure to executives, corporate strategy, and field operations. Fellows gain firsthand experience in enterprise-level decision-making and learn how strategy drives performance at the property level. 

Through rotations between the Corporate Office and high-performing field locations, participants complete a capstone project and receive structured mentorship from senior leaders. The fellowship is ideal for students pursuing careers in Finance, Strategy, Development, Revenue Management, Operations, or Corporate Leadership. 

Responsibilities

Program Structure 

Duration: 12 weeks 
Primary Base: Corporate Office in Dallas, TX

Field Immersion Rotations 

Participants spend structured time immersed in hotel operations, including: 

  • Rooms Division: Guest experience, staffing models, revenue impact 
  • Food & Beverage: Service execution, cost controls, margin management,  
  • Finance: Month-end close, P&L ownership, accruals, operational discipline 

 

Capstone Project 

Each fellow completes a high-impact analytical or strategic project aligned to enterprise priorities, culminating in an executive presentation with findings and recommendations. 

Mentorship & Development 

Fellows are paired with a corporate executive or senior leader who provides: 

  • Bi-weekly mentorship and feedback 
  • Exposure to leadership forums and strategic discussions 
  • Guidance on professional growth and executive communication 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

We seek high-performing students with: 

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen 
  • Intellectual curiosity and business maturity 
  • Executive presence and communication skills 
  • Interest in enterprise strategy and operational leadership 
  • Ability to navigate both corporate and field environments 

 

Preferred fields of study: Finance, Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Hospitality, or related disciplines 

Intended Outcomes 

Fellows will: 

  • Develop enterprise-minded leadership skills 
  • Gain understanding of both corporate strategy and field execution 
  • Prepare for future corporate analyst or rotational leadership roles

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student
  • Strong academic performance with interest in corporate Finance, Strategy, Development, or Operations
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; PowerPoint required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work effectively with senior leaders
  • Willingness to travel and participate in required field rotations
