We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who leads with positivity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while supporting and developing a strong service team.
Lead day-to-day operations across assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Supervise, coach, and motivate hourly team members to perform at their best
Maintain Omni service standards while fostering a welcoming, upbeat team culture
Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new associates
Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality control during shifts
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities
Support inventory, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate closely with managers and culinary leadership to deliver consistent excellence
Previous food & beverage or hospitality leadership experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and enjoy leading by example
A guest-first mindset with attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume, resort environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
