The Loyalty Ambassador will work closely with the Front Office Team to ensure satisfaction and recruitment of Omni Hotels' Select Guests. The position will be responsible for:

• Developing proactive  relationships with Select Guests
• Greeting Select Guests upon arrival
• Resolving all Select Guest complaints
• Identifying arriving Select Guests and ensure they receive all of their personalized preferences
• Preparing daily reports
• Training, educating and motivating all hotel associates regarding the Select Guest program.

The Loyalty Ambassador is also responsible for increasing enrollment for frequent guests and intensifying activation.

• Must be proficient on computers, writing skills are necessary.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• This position requires standing throughout the shift.
• Applicant must be flexible with schedules and must be able to work AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
