Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper temperature control at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with food prep, stocking, and station setup prior to service
Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
Work collaboratively with culinary leadership and fellow associates to support efficient kitchen operations
Assist with inventory control and minimize food waste
Adhere to all Omni policies, procedures, and service culture standards
Previous line cook or culinary experience preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
