Job Description

Omni Hilton Head is seeking a Lobby Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public areas throughout the resort. This role ensures a welcoming, polished, and guest-ready environment at all times while delivering friendly and attentive service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all lobby and public areas, including entrances, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and guest corridors.

  • Dust, polish, sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general cleaning tasks to uphold resort standards.

  • Replenish supplies in public restrooms and ensure all fixtures are clean and functioning properly.

  • Respond promptly to guest requests, providing courteous and helpful service at all times.

  • Assist in reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs needed in public spaces.

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.

  • Support the housekeeping team as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with resort policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or public area cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

This role requires regular movement throughout the resort’s public spaces and interaction with guests. The Lobby Attendant contributes directly to maintaining the warm, clean, and inviting environment guests expect at Omni Hilton Head.
