The Security Supervisor assumes a vital role in overseeing the safety, security, and loss prevention operations of the hotel. They provide guidance and leadership to the loss prevention team, ensuring strict adherence to procedures and protocols. This includes training and scheduling security officers, as well as collaborating with other departments to maintain a safe environment.
Furthermore, the Security Supervisor plays a key role in bridging the gap between the hotel and third-party security staffing. They establish effective communication and collaboration with these external entities, ensuring a seamless integration and alignment of security operations. Pay: $31.32/hour - The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
