As a bartender, you’ll not only craft memorable drinks but also create welcoming moments, anticipate guest needs, and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Below is a summary of the major responsibilities for this position.

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Provide upscale service with extensive knowledge of fine dining standards.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer, as well as the full food menu.
• Confidently sell and present wine selections to guests.
• Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills.
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and deliver orders efficiently.
• Provide attentive service and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bar tops and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with service bar operations.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Micros POS system, telephone, copier, file folders, fax machine, and other standard office equipment.

• Proficiency in full-service bar operations, including beer, wine, and liquor.
