Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Concierege | Barton Creek Country Club at Lakeside for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!

As the first and last point of contact for Members, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences at Barton Creek Country Club at Lakeside. This position is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome upon arrival and a gracious farewell upon departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our Club.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet Members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Collaborate closely with the Membership Office to ensure phones are consistently covered during business hours.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, amenities, and associates to effectively direct guests to their desired destinations.
  • Actively promote Club events to Members; manage reservations for Member functions and prepare event name tags.
  • Attend and assist at all Member social functions coordinated by the Membership Department.
  • Manage daily mail distribution.
  • Consistently maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and impeccable grooming standards, including wearing proper attire and name tag.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently and pleasantly with Members, guests, management, and team members.
  • Previous customer service experience required; luxury hospitality or private club experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate weights as needed.

Working Environment

  • Primarily based in an indoor clubhouse environment.
  • Occasional travel around the property to assist Members and guests.

Tools & Equipment

  • Computer, printer, fax machine, telephone.
