Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and HR Generalistsupport for the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities


• Facilitate and manage office duties, including maintenance and ordering of office supply inventory,
office supply organization, employee file maintenance, filing, typing and other clerical support duties as needed.
• Maintain Associate areas: hallway and bulletin boards; update regularly with creative, visually appealing and
relevant information to assist associates. Monitor required postings as needed.
• Greet applicants and provide them with information regarding the employment process. Conduct basic pre-screening of applicants as directed by HR Manager.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation
• Assist with preparation of New Hire Materials for Onboarding & Orientation
• Attend job fairs
• Assist in ensuring HR files are in compliance with audit standards
• Maintain central filing for common forms and replenish HR forms inside and outside the office.
• Assist in administration and execution of various Omni programs.
• Assist in planning & execution of associate events.
• Attend and participate in regularly held meetings such as required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Human Resource experience and/or related degree preferred.
• MUST have strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (HRIS experience a plus)
• Must be a self-starter and able to successfully complete projects with minimal oversight.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere in the HR office.
