Responsibilities include:
Update and maintain Property Information in all applicable systems and channels such as Central Reservation System, Global Distribution systems, DerbySoft, DHISCO and Sales Operations folders as well as applicable internet sites
Perform on-going quality audits to ensure quality on all channels where Omni Hotels andresorts are sold
Administers Resort Service and Amenities fees on all relevant channels and audits foraccuracy and revenue generation
Carries out additions, changes or deletion of taxes and fees in Central System content andon all relevant channels
Adjusts currency exchange rates weekly to allow associates to quote approximate costs toour international travelers
Work closely on a regular basis with each property to ensure information is correct, up-todateand the information assists Sales Associates in selling the specific property
Collaborates with the Sales Operations on training and follow-up related to propertyinformation challenges
Work closely with Web Updates and Omni Service Center to ensure and maintain correctinformation across all Omni Properties and the Omni brand
Serve as primary contact for property information updates and promote positive andprofessional customer service to Omni Hotels and Resorts internal and external customers
Primary Global Distribution Department contact for newly build hotels or new acquisitioninformaion
Initiate new property and property switch processes with Global Distribution Systems, DHISCO and DerbySoft, Global Hotel Alliance, processing switch letters, completing all initial shells and trackers needed for hotel creation
Deactivate property and process with Central Reservation System, Global Distribution Systems, DHISCO, DerbySoft, and all applicable internet sites
Perform needed updates in the Project database (Emailtopia) and other applications used to track incoming and work completion
