To serve as the liaison with Catering/Convention Service Managers and all operational departments with onsite meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests for in house groups.
1–2 years in customer service or hospitality
Experience in event planning, banquets, or front desk is a strong plus
Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Microsoft Office Suite)
Flexible schedule (availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Professional demeanor and appearance
Strong attention to detail
