Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the beautiful Interlocken Hotel!

The Marketing Coordinator is creative, organized, detailed-oriented, results-driven and is responsible for executing proactive, measurable, and effective marketing tactics that help maximize revenue and increase guest interaction for Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, CO. This person will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and all other business units by supporting internal and external marketing efforts designed to drive reservations and ancillary spend on property.

 

Salary for this position: $20.00-21.00/hour. Omni Interlocken Hotel reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race. Full Time Associates at Omni Interlocken Hotel are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Paid Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with MM to create content for social media calendar; community management of all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. including posts, profile content, contests, guest engagement and reporting.
  • Monitor and engage on various social media platforms, replying to comments, messages, inquiries, reviews, etc. in brand voice.
  • Learn and maintain consistent Omni brand voice/ standards throughout all public & internal communication tools.
  • Respond to online guest reviews on Yelp, Expedia Group, Google, etc.
  • Ensure creation, copying and delivery of materials to departments around the resort.
  • Assist in the design of marketing materials using appropriate graphic programs.
  • Assist with coordinating design projects in conjunction with the design team.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and coordination of special events, programming and activations.

  • Assist DOSM on local partnership programs

  • Assist with on-property guest communication including digital boards, posters, in-room collateral, resort guides, etc.
  • Execute content management updates on multiple websites including OH.com, event calendars, CVB’s and other online property listings with direction of MM.
  • Maintain department server and photo gallery; regularly audit, refresh and coordinate new content as needed.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a varied work load to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for additional admin duties such as, but not limited to, making travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, process incoming and outgoing mail, etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized and ability to deal efficiently under pressure and multi-task while being personable.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, TripAdvisor, Expedia
  • Graphic design skills helpful, but not required
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
