The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the golf shop.

• Reserving tee times
• Player check in
• Tee sheet management
• Constant communication and coordination with golf service staff
• Merchandise sales and tending to the needs of all customers that enter the golf shop.

• Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in golf operations preferably in a high end resort or public setting and experience with electronic tee sheets and point of sale systems.
• Applicants need to be very customer service oriented, outgoing and self motivated and able to handle and resolve negative situations.
