Golf Player Service Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of guest service while maintaining the quality of daily golf operations

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Enthusiastic greeting guests as they arrive and assist with setting up golf bags on golf carts
• Club cleaning, picking range balls from practice facility and transferring clubs to various locations
• Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings
• Assist with the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments
• Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotel standards
• Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guest’s golf clubs and rental clubs
• Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility (golf carts, workstation, practice range, emptying trash receptacles, etc)

PRINCIPAL EQUIPMENT:

• Golf Cart – must possess valid driver’s license
• Range Picker
• Resort Suite (POS and tee time reservation system)
• GPS
• Radio with headset

• Exceptional guest services skills
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motived and team attitude oriented
• Must be able to work 10-12 hours in a day
• May be subject to standing on feet for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. (golf bag, range bucket)
• Working knowledge of golf
• May be subjected to adverse conditions – rain, wind, sun, extreme heat and cold
• Must be able to operate a golf cart
