At The Owners Box, the barback plays a key role in assisting servers and bartenders to maintain fast and seamless service.

• Maintain and restock supplies at service stations.

• Ensure furniture and flooring are clean and arranged in accordance with The Owners Box standards.

• Provide support to servers during operating hours.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Keep surrounding restaurant areas clean and presentable.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a similar setting.

• Strong verbal and basic written communication skills in English.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays throughout outlet operations.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per day).

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

• Must obtain TABC and Food Handler certifications upon hire.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
