Job Description

The Spa Group Coordinator is responsible for promoting, selling, booking, and coordinating various engagements at the spa.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with professionalism and personalized attention
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments using SpaSoft or similar systems
  • Complete AM/PM checklists and end-of-day (MOD/EOD) reporting
  • Guide guests through spa services, tours, and amenities, including linen support
  • Execute lobby activations such as mini treatments, skincare demos, and chair massages
  • Set up engaging guest experiences with signage, samples, and upsell scripting
  • Collect leads through QR codes, incentives, and event interactions
  • Support large-scale spa events in coordination with hotel functions and marketing
  • Conduct local outreach to residential buildings, corporate offices, and partner hotels
  • Distribute branded spa materials and host pop-ups or resident nights
  • Build partnerships with property managers, HR teams, and concierges
  • Collaborate with Sales and Catering on group spa offerings and itineraries
  • Develop and pitch customized spa packages and booking incentives
  • Track group and outreach results for follow-up and future planning
  • Participate in ongoing training, goal setting, and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-minded with an ability to identify opportunities and upsell
  • Proficient with SpaSoft or similar reservation/POS systems (training provided)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking
  • Passionate about wellness, beauty, and exceptional guest service
