The role of the Steward is to sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas.

v  Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.

v   Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors and walls.

v   Cleaning and sanitizing Food and Beverage outlets to include but not limited to: Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, etc.

v   Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills sinks, wall, floors and other heavy equipment.

v   Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.

v   Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.

v   Completes other duties as assigned.

v  Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

v  Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.

v  Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.

v  Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
