Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Bartender for the beautiful Interlocken Golf Clubhouse!

Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa is seeking a Golf Clubhouse Bartender to join our outstanding food & beverage team! This vital role will work closely with Food & Beverage Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the designated outlet, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will serve food and beverages to our guests using elevated service while providing an exceptional experience.

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have restaurant serving experience in a hotel or quality restaurant environment, we would love to speak with you about this role. 

Salary for this position (based on experience): $11.79/hour plus gratuities.  Seasonal Associates may be eligible for select benefits based on number of hours worked. Omni Interlocken Hotel reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

• Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections.
• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
• Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
• Present accurate check to guest and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Clean and set up bar.
• Complete closing duties.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• 1 year bartending experience with a quality establishment.
• Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have TIPS and valid food serving certification prior to hire.
• Must be 21 years or older.
