About Us:

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the first impression and the go-to person for guests. You’ll help with everything from check-in to check-out, handle questions and requests, and make sure every stay runs smoothly.
π€ Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome
ποΈ Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
π Manage room assignments, special requests, and guest preferences
π³ Process payments and ensure accurate billing
π§Ύ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
π Protect guest privacy and hotel information
π Answer phones, resolve issues, and assist guests with anything they need
ποΈ Generate reports and support front desk operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (in person and by phone) π¬
Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude π
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a big plus π
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Bilingual? Even better! π
