Bar Cardinale, located inside the iconic Omni Severin Hotel, is where old-school elegance meets modern mixology in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. We're on the hunt for bartenders who know their way around a cocktail shaker, can hold their own behind a busy bar, and are all about creating a warm, elevated guest experience.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Mix handcrafted cocktails with precision and creativity — consistency is key 🍸

• Know your spirits, wine, and bar tools — and how to use them like a pro

• Serve drinks for the floor and bar guests using jigger pours and Micros

• Keep the bar fully stocked, spotless, and organized 🔄

• Follow all opening/closing duties and sidework checklists

• Ensure each drink looks as good as it tastes — presentation matters

• Stay sharp on liquor liability laws and Omni’s standards

• Be a go-to resource on property offerings and local recommendations 🏙️

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience — bonus if it’s in a fast-paced or upscale setting

• Strong cocktail and spirit knowledge is a must 🍹🔥

• Wine knowledge and food-pairing awareness is a plus

• TIPS certification required (or willingness to obtain)

• Great energy, a friendly vibe, and clear communication

• Ability to multitask and keep your cool under pressure

• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
