To park and return guests vehicles promptly, courteously and safely, and to provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.
Essential Functions:
Park guest’s vehicles
Greet and welcome guests to the Hotel
Display ability to provide directions to guests
Display ability to manage high guest flow while operating vehicles in safe and careful manner
Retrieve guest’s vehicles
Assist guests with luggage when necessary
Assist Bell staff when needed
Complete Daily Valet Log
Display ability to complete vehicle inspection and vehicle tagging
Accept other special duties as required by management
Demonstrate knowledge of Bell staff functions to assist during peak operations
Display the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
Display ability to provide guests with local and hotel activities and information
Demonstrate proper Omni phone answering standards
To assist in the transport and storage of guests’ luggage
To properly “log” all trips originating from the “Bell Stand.”
Knowledge about daily events happening within each hotel.
Responsible for a clean and “smart” appearance of uniforms.
Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the front drive and lobby area.
Interact with every guest using Omni Standards.
Fully understand and implement “Moments of Service”.
Call taxi for guests as needed.
Direct guests to the Front Desk.
Inform leaders of any challenges in the process.
Accept other special duties as required by management.
