This position is responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the food and beverage division. Stewards are tasked with thoroughly washing and properly storing all serving ware, cookware, and utensils used in food preparation and service.

• Responsible for washing dishes, pots, cookware, and utensils thoroughly and efficiently, adhering to Omni’s high sanitation standards.
• Accountable for breaking down trays from banquets and outlets.
• Responsible for delivering clean cookware and serving ware to various outlets and meeting rooms.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
• Ensure that all dishes, cookware, and utensils are neatly stored in their proper locations.

• Must be able and willing to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and reach as needed.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in stewarding is highly preferred.
• Food safety certification is required.
