Job Description

Responsible for providing and maintaining high quality service standards in the TRADE Lounge and Lobby areas and providing unique, memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Four Diamond standards and a consistent level of guest satisfaction are met.
  • Provide unique, authentic and memorable experiences for all dining guests.
  • Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with responsibilities of TRADE lounge cocktail servers.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with F&B menus and available promotions and options.
  • Basic knowledge of mixology cocktails, wine and spirits
  • Strong salesperson and team player
  • Station set-up and break-down and side-work.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Outlets Management.
  • Have knowledge of fine dining service.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

Qualifications

  • Prior serving experience is required; hospitality food & beverage or fine dining experience is preferred.
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills  
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.  Exposure to cleaning chemicals and food/beverage items.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid alcohol training certification (RASP/TIPS).
