We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Server to join our team at Lucero. This role involves high-end food and beverage service, with an emphasis on creating engaging guest experiences. Bartending or craft cocktail preparation experience is a plus, as there may be opportunities for bartending shifts.

• Deliver a warm, professional greeting to guests and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Serve food and beverages according to Lucero’s high presentation standards.
• Upsell wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages to enhance guests’ dining experiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with occasional bartending duties, including preparing craft cocktails, stocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage guest checks accurately.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service protocols.

• Previous serving experience in a high-end or fine dining setting.
• Bartending or cocktail preparation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude with polished presentation.
• Food Handler’s and/or Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Shifts:

PM Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday.
