Responsible to assist the Front Office management team in ensuring seamless operations at the Front Desk. To include Guest Services. Train Front Desk and Guest Service Agents.
Create a warm and welcoming guest experience. Assist in resolving guest issues and recovery. Function as an MOD in absence of a manager.
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk & Guest service Agents on a scheduled shift
Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed by Front Desk & Guest service Agents on a scheduled shift
Lead by example
Facilitate room blocks, shift reports and room inspections
2 year degree in related course of study with prior supervisory experience in a hotel setting
2 years or more experience as a Front Desk Agent in a similar setting
Graduated Omni LID / SDDP may be considered in lieu of Front Desk Supervisor experience
Hotel PMs system experience, preferably Opera
Strong technical competencies and engagement skills
Ability to stand entire shift
