Montelucia Resort and Spa

Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Camelback Mountain in the exclusive enclave of Paradise Valley, the Montelucia Resort & Spa features 253 luxurious guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property’s distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain’s Andalusia region. • To ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.

• Control quality and consistency of all food served.
• Ensure station is set 15 minutes prior to service.
• Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
• Assist in controlling food cost.
• Responsible for all baked goods, rolls, danish, bread, etc.
• Assists in producing and plating Banquet pastries.
• Proper storage for advanced production.
• Filing Pastry cart orders when necessary.
• Reporting any maintenance or security problems.
• Opens all areas in the morning and locks all areas prior to leaving.

• To be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment. 
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times. 
• Basic math skills needed to understand and implement recipes and measurements. 
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays 
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance 
• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 70 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
